Senior Evaluation and Quality Specialist - Science Specialization

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of national evaluation frameworks in collaboration with relevant authorities
• Develop methodologies, tools, and manuals for evaluation and quality processes according to accredited standards
• Conduct school evaluation visits as a team member or team leader
• Plan evaluation activities and analyze school documents, data, and performance indicators
• Implement scheduled or unannounced visits to educational institutions and monitor evidence-based performance
• Prepare interim and final reports identifying strengths, areas for improvement, and non-compliance with regulations
• Identify educational gaps and suggest corrective actions and improvement practices
• Monitor the overall progress and operational processes of schools and educational institutions
• Respond to complaints and inquiries related to school evaluation processes within specified timeframes
• Conduct reviews of evaluation topics related to specialized science curricula

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science (Physics, Chemistry, or similar disciplines)
• Master's degree or PhD in educational fields, leadership, or quality
• At least 8 years of experience in teaching
• At least 3 years of experience in educational institution management or a similar field
• At least 3 years of experience in supervising, evaluating, inspecting, or accrediting educational institutions
• Proficiency in analytical skills and the use of analysis software
• Experience in analyzing international and standardized test results
• Recent experience in accredited educational research, including training, conferences, or research papers
