Senior Estimator

Responsibilities

• Build first-principles pricing for aviation & infrastructure sector projects
• Quantify from design information and collaborate with engineers to ensure precision
• Validate quantities and pricing from suppliers and contractors
• Source and review quotations, negotiating competitive pricing
• Assess and price risk during early project stages
• Structure estimates, bills of quantities, and bills of materials
• Prepare clear, detailed reports and present findings to stakeholders
• Deliver integrated estimating services, offering strategic and technical advice throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Quantity Surveyor or cost-related qualifications and credentials
• Mandatory infrastructure experience
• Mandatory pre-contract estimating experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Aviation sector experience
• Post-contract cost management experience
