Senior Estate Insurance Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and service initiatives for Estate and Insurance Advisors (EIA)
• Ensure client needs are met or exceeded by discussing services and products in detail
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and business partners through internal referrals and external marketing
• Deliver exceptional client experiences to enhance sales activities, referrals, and client retention
• Address customer service issues and escalate as required according to established parameters
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business objectives
• Analyze data and information to provide insights, recommendations, and monitor performance targets
• Support the development of tailored messaging, including writing and editing communications
• Ensure operational compliance and follow risk management frameworks to protect the bank

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a related field
• Post-secondary degree in a related field of study
• Valid Life Insurance Licence
• Advanced knowledge of investment processes, procedures, and products
• Knowledge of Trust and Estate services
• Knowledge of Ageman
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
