About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle real estate transactions by establishing new escrow accounts, managing funds, and processing closing documents.
- Complete settlements for residential and commercial resale, new construction, refinance, relocation, and timeshare transactions.
- Act as a neutral liaison between file parties while monitoring and mitigating risk to the company.
- Provide subject matter guidance to the team and coordinate the work of others.
- Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems with little or no precedent.
- Recommend improvements to existing processes to increase operational efficiency.
- Communicate complex information clearly and concisely to both internal and external customers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of related work experience in escrow or real estate services.
- High school diploma required.

- Bachelor's degree.
