Senior Escrow Officer

Responsibilities

• Facilitate professional closing experiences, including obtaining signatures, handling funds, and meeting title and lender requirements across multiple states
• Review contracts, title commitments, and lender instructions to prepare settlement statements and real estate documents
• Hold and disburse funds according to escrow instructions
• Maintain proactive communication with all parties involved in the real estate transaction
• Prepare documents for recording to ensure legal compliance
• Oversee policy issuance for accuracy and compliance
• Build and maintain relationships with Realtors and industry professionals
• Mentor team members and assistants to foster a collaborative environment

Requirements

• Experience handling all aspects of escrow and title processes across multiple states
• Complete knowledge of real estate transactions from contract to funding and disbursement
• Solid knowledge of title insurance, regulatory guidelines, legal documents, and real property law
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Qualia, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, and Google Workplace
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts including fractions, percentages, and ratios

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years in the title industry (Residential Resale)
• AI fluency and ability to leverage AI tools in daily workflows
