About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide escrow services for residential, resale, new construction, refinance, relocation, and timeshare transactions
- Support escrow officers in a branch office setting by performing administrative duties and providing customer support related to closings
- Facilitate real estate transactions through high-level customer service and proactive communication with internal and external customers
- Recognize and solve atypical problems by evaluating and selecting solutions from existing precedents or procedures
- Communicate and explain complex information and interdependencies within the team and to external parties
- Act as a resource for less experienced team members to improve team quality, timeliness, and effectiveness
- Work under limited supervision, using discretion to modify work practices to improve efficiency
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- 5+ years of related work experience in escrow or real estate services
