Responsibilities

• Lead project teams onboarding new customers with an emphasis on stakeholder management and requirement gathering
• Manage end-to-end implementation by building out customer processes from scratch
• Proactively manage requirements and tasks across multiple customer onboardings
• Lead, mentor, and train customers and stakeholders through Q&A sessions to ensure product proficiency
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence the roadmap and manage customer expectations
• Continuously improve post-sales processes to accelerate time to value

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience implementing or administering finance or procurement tools
• Prior experience with ERP or procurement systems such as Coupa, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Oracle Fusion, Workday, NetSuite, or Sage
• Fluency in German is required
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Advanced data management skills, specifically with large datasets in MS Excel
• Comfort with software configuration
