Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new customers, emphasizing requirement understanding and creative product configuration
• Lead end-to-end implementation for new customers, building out processes from scratch
• Lead training and Q&A sessions with customers and key stakeholders
• Manage proactive project management across multiple customer onboardings
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to evaluate customer requests and set expectations
• Continuously improve post-sales processes to accelerate time to value

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Procurement/Sourcing Manager, ERP/P2P Systems Consultant, or B2B SaaS customer relationship manager
• Prior experience implementing or administering procurement tools or ERPs (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP Ariba, Sage, Oracle Fusion, Netsuite)
• Strong communication skills and extreme attention to detail
• Experience working with product and engineering teams
• Comfort with software configuration
