Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new customers by understanding requirements and configuring the product to solve specific problems
• Manage end-to-end implementation, building out customer processes from scratch
• Lead training and Q&A sessions to empower customers to utilize the product independently
• Provide proactive project management across multiple customer onboardings
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence the roadmap and manage customer expectations
• Continuously improve post-sales processes to accelerate time to value

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a functional advisor implementing or administering finance/procurement tools
• Prior experience with ERP or procurement tool implementation (e.g., Microsoft D365, Oracle, Netsuite, SAP S/4 Hana, Ariba)
• Strong data management skills, specifically with large datasets in MS Excel
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Comfort with software configuration
