Responsibilities
- Lead project teams onboarding new customers with an emphasis on stakeholder management
- Lead end-to-end implementation and build out customer processes from scratch
- Manage requirements and tasks across multiple customer onboardings proactively
- Lead, mentor, and train customers and stakeholders through Q&A sessions
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence the product roadmap
- Continuously improve post-sales processes to accelerate time to value
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience implementing or administering a finance or procurement tool
- Prior experience with ERP or procurement tools such as Coupa, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Oracle Fusion, Workday, NetSuite, or Sage
- Fantastic communication and documentation skills
- Extreme attention to detail and proactive mindset
- Very strong data management skills using MS Excel
- Comfortable with software configuration
