Senior Equity Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and organize equity and LTIP documentation for employee and investor populations
• Reconcile equity ownership and LTIP award details to supporting documents and source files
• Build and maintain complex Excel schedules to capture and report equity ownership and LTIP details
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and missing support and drive resolution with stakeholders
• Create clear, repeatable outputs for ongoing tracking and future reporting needs

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, equity administration support, or a similar analytical role
• Expert-level Excel skills including advanced formulas and pivots
• Strong attention to detail with ability to reconcile large, complex datasets
• Strong systems aptitude and ability to learn new source data quickly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
