Senior Equipment Engineer

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation, modification, upgrade, and maintenance of semiconductor manufacturing equipment
• Study equipment performance and reliability to establish programs for increasing uptime
• Provide technical support to manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering organizations
• Define and write preventative maintenance procedures and schedules
• Develop and optimize processes to improve product quality and reliability
• Coordinate process, equipment, and material evaluation to implement changes at process steps
• Lead and participate in yield improvement and cost reduction activities
• Perform abnormal analysis and implement technical improvements

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 36 months of relevant engineering experience
• Expertise with ASML TwinScan system platforms (XT and NXT 193nm and 248nm scanners)
• Deep knowledge of photolithography processes, imaging theory, overlay control, and photo resist properties
• Experience with metrology tools such as ASML Yield Star or KLA registration tools
• Proficiency with overlay analysis programs like QONIAC and 5D Analyzer
• Experience with light source equipment including CYMER XLA/XLR lasers or GigaPhoton systems
• Strong statistical and data analysis skills using tools such as JMP (SAS), R, Python, or Minitab
