Senior Epic Analyst

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior subject matter expert across Epic AURA components including Orders, Bridges, Ambulatory, and Beaker
• Oversee and guide analyst build efforts to ensure consistency and alignment with downstream systems
• Lead integrated testing across internal systems and coordinate validation with Engineering and LIMS teams
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations to prioritize optimization requests
• Review and document system workflows and data flow dependencies
• Mentor and train analysts by providing build guidance and documentation standards
• Support post-go-live production stability through proactive monitoring and issue triage

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with multiple Epic applications (Ambulatory, Orders, Bridges, and/or Beaker)
• Active Epic certification (e.g., Ambulatory, Care Everywhere, Bridges, Beaker)
• Proven experience leading integrated testing and coordinating build activities
• Strong understanding of clinical ordering workflows and downstream lab processes
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as HL7 and FHIR
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with genomics or lab integration environments
