Senior EPC Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and accountability for EPC project execution
• Develop, approve, and implement comprehensive project execution plans, including scope, schedule, and budget
• Lead integrated teams across engineering, procurement, construction, and project controls
• Serve as the primary project-level interface with clients and key stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and manage commercial performance
• Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and scope changes
• Oversee joint venture partners to ensure alignment and effective collaboration
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Lead workforce planning and mentor emerging leaders within the project team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience for Project Manager roles
• Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience for Senior Project Manager roles
• Proven experience managing complex EPC or design-build projects
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities
• Ability to relocate and work at project sites for extended periods as required
