Senior Environmental Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide overall technical direction and management for large-scale, complex environmental projects.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
• Manage client relationships and stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet quality requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Delegate tasks to junior staff based on their individual strengths and experience levels.
• Assist with developing program policies, technical content, and pricing for proposals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of professional work experience.
• At least 6 years of experience providing technical guidance or project management on large environmental projects for federal agency customers.
• Proven experience executing Federal DoD projects under CERCLA or RCRA.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting USACE or NAVFAC.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PE, or PG.
• Previous experience in formal project or task management.
