Senior Environmental Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple environmental and geologic projects, maintaining scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives
• Oversee field activities, including documentation, subcontractor coordination, and health and safety compliance
• Plan and coordinate environmental site assessments, subsurface investigations, and remediation activities
• Provide technical review and senior-level oversight of field data and conclusions
• Prepare and approve high-quality technical reports, work plans, and regulatory submittals
• Mentor junior staff and support technical development across project teams
• Support business development through client engagement and proposal participation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of professional environmental consulting experience
• Current OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER training
• Experience with multi-media environmental sampling and Phase I/II assessments
• Strong technical writing and project management skills
• Ability to travel, including overnight travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Geologist or Engineering license
• Master’s degree in a related field
• 2+ years of project or financial management experience
• Experience with the TDEC Voluntary Oversight and Assistance Program (VOAP)
