Senior Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop employees and first-level managers to ensure all health and safety requirements are met
• Partner with program and site leadership to integrate safety protocols into design, production, and testing phases
• Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory bodies alongside internal Boeing standards
• Drive continuous improvement in hazard identification, risk reduction, and incident investigation
• Serve as the primary interface with internal stakeholders, external regulatory agencies, and industry partners
• Champion a safety-first culture through training, communication, and employee engagement programs
• Track, analyze, and report key EHS metrics to senior executives to highlight trends and areas for improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 5+ years of experience implementing or leading an environmental, health, and safety management system or program
• 5+ years of experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and leaders across functions
• 1+ years of experience in an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) managerial role
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements including OSHA and EPA
