Senior Environmental Engineer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on environmental work for the entirety of Siemens Energy AB
• Support the organization with specialized expertise in sustainability, environment, and energy
• Ensure all published regulations and instructions are updated and meet external requirements
• Report and communicate with relevant authorities and within the Siemens Energy group
• Lead the definition and monitoring of relevant sustainability and environmental goals
• Engage and educate colleagues on matters regarding sustainability, environment, and energy

Requirements

• Academic degree in the energy or environmental field, or equivalent knowledge
• Thorough knowledge of current energy and environmental legislation
• Several years of industrial experience in similar roles
• Experience with ISO certification, specifically ISO 14001 and ISO 50001
• Proficiency in SAP, iChemistry, Enablon, and Navigator
