Senior Environmental Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead assignments or act as a subject matter expert in environmental permitting and assessments
• Manage projects from the bidding stage through to implementation and reporting
• Provide strategic advice for industrial, water, energy, and infrastructure projects
• Conduct environmental impact assessments (MKB) and periodic inspections
• Educate and develop junior colleagues within the team

Requirements

• University degree in environmental science or a related field
• Very good proficiency in Swedish (written and spoken)
• Extensive knowledge of permitting processes and environmental impact assessments
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the environmental field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an environmental consultant
• Experience in project management or leading assignments
• Valid B-class driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in client management and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to present assignments and provide strategic recommendations to clients
