Senior Environmental Compliance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute air permitting efforts including Federal Title V, minor source permits, NSRs, and PBRs
• Develop, run, and interpret air dispersion models and prepare air toxics assessments
• Independently prepare and submit environmental compliance reports and air permit applications
• Provide project management for environmental compliance and permitting engagements
• Mentor and supervise junior compliance staff in the Texas service line
• Perform hands-on environmental compliance audits at client facilities
• Develop multimedia compliance programs across wastewater, stormwater, hazardous waste, and EPCRA
• Support business development through proposal development and client management

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in engineering, environmental science, or a related field
• 10+ years of relevant Environmental Compliance experience with a focus on air permitting
• Proven experience in project management, including developing scopes of work and cost proposals
• Strong technical writing skills for regulatory-quality permits and reports
• Demonstrated ability in business development and client management
• Willingness to travel periodically to client locations throughout the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Engineering (PE) license
• Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) certification
• Other relevant environmental certifications
