Senior Entertainment Travel Consultant

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange complex domestic and international travel for TV, online commercials, and fashion shoots
• Conduct research, budgeting, and analysis for upcoming productions and fashion shoots
• Book air, road, rail, and accommodations, including airport meet and assist services
• Utilize Sabre GDS to manage bookings and ensure compliance with customer travel policies and regulatory requirements
• Provide exceptional telephone service and manage special customer requests
• Collaborate with the team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levels
• Participate in an emergency out-of-hours rotation (typically one Saturday and one Sunday per month)

Requirements

• Native expertise in Sabre GDS
• Strong background in the travel industry, such as media travel, airline reservations, hotel reservations, or group travel
• Proven excellence in client service and the ability to proactively anticipate needs
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and the ability to think creatively to solve problems
• Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently
• Integrity in handling sensitive personal traveler information
