About the role
Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize financial platforms including Coupa and Sage Intacct to ensure system stability and data integrity
- Manage Procure-to-Pay workflows including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier onboarding
- Support Order-to-Cash operations including invoicing automation and revenue recognition configurations
- Partner with Finance and Sales Operations to troubleshoot billing, collections, and system integration issues
- Manage finance-related service desk queues and ensure requests are resolved within SLAs
- Maintain and troubleshoot integrations between Coupa, Sage Intacct, Stripe, and CRM systems
- Conduct periodic access reviews and audits to maintain SOX compliance
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or Financial Systems Analyst
- Hands-on administration experience with Coupa and Sage Intacct
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash workflows
- Experience supporting integrations between financial systems and familiarity with API-based integrations
- Experience implementing financial software or delivering major system enhancements
- Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting financial platform ecosystems including Stripe, LeaseQuery, Asset4000, FloQast, and Workiva
- Experience supporting SOX compliance or financial audit processes
- Familiarity with finance system integration architecture or middleware platforms
- Experience in high-growth technology organizations
