Senior Enterprise Systems & HRIS Advisor

Responsibilities

• Evaluate processes and identify optimization opportunities to recommend scalable solutions for Coveo's growth.
• Own and drive cross-functional HR systems initiatives from discovery and prioritization to delivery and adoption.
• Partner with People teams to translate operational and strategic needs into clear system requirements and implementation plans.
• Act as the primary bridge between HR and Information Systems (IS) to align priorities, timelines, and tradeoffs with business goals.
• Support the evolution of the HR technology ecosystem, including Workday and talent acquisition platforms.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including the Chief People Officer, to influence roadmap decisions and improve employee experience.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading HR systems and technology projects.
• Strong understanding of enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) or ERP platforms, such as Workday.
• Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and translate business needs into technical deliverables.
• Solid project management skills, including prioritization, estimation, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in consulting, digital transformation, or system implementation environments.
• Exposure to broader HR technology ecosystems, such as performance management or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Experience scaling processes and systems within mid-sized organizations.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to challenge ideas constructively while building trust across teams.
