Senior Enterprise Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on TeamViewer's IT and DEX portfolio, delivering compelling demos, workshops, and presentations.
• Lead discovery sessions and design tailored solutions, proposals, SOWs, and technical documentation.
• Drive POCs, POVs, and pilot engagements by providing hands-on technical guidance and validating solution effectiveness.
• Partner with Sales throughout the customer lifecycle, supporting RFx responses and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive solutions within the enterprise IT and DEX landscape.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Pre-Sales, or Enterprise IT Consulting.
• Strong expertise in enterprise IT environments, endpoint management, remote connectivity, and DEX platforms.
• Experience with SaaS technologies including RMM, ITSM, Asset Management, and Observability solutions.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, scripting, virtualization, cloud technologies, and security best practices.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

• Proven ability to engage stakeholders from IT practitioners to C-level executives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
