Senior Enterprise Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to understand customer data architecture and marketing workflows
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations and architectural solutions
• Run end-to-end proof-of-concept engagements including scoping and validation
• Build technical relationships with data engineers, architects, and marketing technologists
• Navigate complex buying committees and engage with C-suite executives
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape go-to-market strategy for AI products

Requirements

• 7+ years of enterprise pre-sales or solutions engineering experience
• Experience with complex solution architecture and multi-stakeholder buying cycles
• Deep familiarity with cloud data warehouses, data modeling, and APIs
• Proven ability to lead technical discovery and architectural whiteboarding
• Experience in competitive enterprise sales motions
• Ability to travel for customer and team engagements

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) or Marketing Automation
• Background collaborating with data engineering, science, or analytics teams
• Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC or Command the Message frameworks
