Senior Enterprise Platforms Analyst II

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay templates, including worksheets and salary structures
• Set up complex eligibility rules, business logic, and look-up tables for merit increases and bonus payouts
• Manage mid-year promotion workflows by maintaining integration points between Employee Central (EC) and Compensation
• Execute data extraction, validation, and loading processes using MDF objects and custom fields
• Perform rigorous unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Serve as a technical escalation point for HR Operations to troubleshoot route maps and calculation errors
• Collaborate with architects to implement system enhancements and semi-annual SAP SuccessFactors release updates

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of dedicated technical configuration experience within SAP SuccessFactors
• Deep configuration expertise in SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules
• Solid experience with Employee Central (EC), specifically job info, compensation info, and foundation objects
• Proficiency in XML configuration, SuccessFactors Business Rules engine, MDF, and Route Maps
• Advanced data manipulation skills, including VLOOKUPs and data mapping for auditing employee master data

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Compensation or Variable Pay
