Senior Enterprise Master Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Validate critical data elements including units of measure, item attributes, and packaging specifications across SAP, JDE, and WMS platforms.
• Conduct thorough root-cause analysis on recurring master data issues and escalate systemic problems to stakeholders.
• Enforce robust data standards and governance protocols to ensure consistency across all integrated systems.
• Design and maintain data quality dashboards using SQL, Power BI, and Excel to highlight mismatches and integration errors.
• Implement monitoring systems to detect system sync exceptions, configuration anomalies, and data drift.
• Collaborate with DC Operations, IT specialists, and Business Units to resolve complex data discrepancies.
• Support system transitions by participating in testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and validating master data for cutover activities.
• Travel up to 25% as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5 years of experience in master data analysis, data quality, or ERP/WMS data environments.
• Proven experience performing root-cause analysis and implementing data quality improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree.
• Familiarity with SAP or JDE master data structures.
• Exposure to WMS environments.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
