Senior Enterprise Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of enhancements to enterprise data quality, storage, and management within the Enterprise Data Warehouse
• Execute initiatives for data profiling, issue resolution, and system fixes
• Enforce enterprise data policies, standards, and governance practices
• Conduct month-end data validations to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Create and maintain technical documentation including source-to-target mappings, data dictionaries, and lineage artifacts
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Serve as a liaison between business, data, and technology teams to ensure alignment

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Data Management or Analytics, OR High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of experience
• Experience with data warehousing and transformation methods
• Proficiency in lineage documentation and ETL processes
• Experience with data spreadsheets and databases

Preferred Qualifications

• DAMA Certified Data Management Professional-Practitioner (CDMP-P) certification
• Proficiency in SAS programming language and SAS Enterprise Guide
• Experience with Cognos or related reporting programs
• Advanced degree in a relevant field
