Senior Enterprise Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives in enterprise data governance, architecture, and quality to drive business value.
• Serve as the Collibra subject matter expert, managing platform architecture, design, and implementation.
• Define and implement enterprise data governance frameworks, standards, and metadata management practices.
• Design and implement data quality frameworks, including rules, controls, monitoring, and remediation processes.
• Develop dashboards and reporting solutions to modernize analytics and provide business insights.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including source-to-target mappings, data dictionaries, and data lineage.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align governance with enterprise strategy and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Data Management/Analytics, OR High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of experience.
• Hands-on expertise with the Collibra platform.
• Strong experience with data governance frameworks and methodologies.
• Knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing concepts, and data lineage.
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Cognos.

Preferred Qualifications

• DAMA Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) – Practitioner level or higher.
• Prior experience in the financial services or banking industry.
• Collibra Ranger certification.
• Experience with Collibra Data Quality or comparable tools.
• Exposure to SAS (Base SAS, Enterprise Guide) or similar tools.
