Kombo (YC '22) is a unified API for HR, payroll, LMS, and recruiting systems. Instead of building dozens of integrations themselves, companies integrate once with us and we handle the differences in data models, auth, and API behavior across 100+ systems. We have grown from 0 to $10M+ ARR and serve customers including Indeed, Paychex, and Gem.
Responsibilities
- Own a focused book of high-potential Fortune 2000 accounts
- Develop account strategies and map stakeholders in collaboration with AEs and leadership
- Create high-quality pipeline for complex, high-value accounts
- Deeply understand the product and customer buying behaviors to form strategic points of view
- Help onboard new hires and share best practices regarding sequencing and messaging
Requirements
- 1-2 years of outbound experience in B2B SaaS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with structured thinking
- Bias toward action and iterative learning
- Desire to transition into an Account Executive role
- Ability to work in person with the team in NYC
