Senior Enterprise Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML) processes integrating SuccessFactors with Microsoft Entra ID
• Build and maintain complex automation rules within Jira Service Management (JSM) for intake, approvals, and ticket routing
• Automate group memberships, license assignments, and application provisioning using Entra ID Governance and Power Automate
• Script and automate device configuration profiles and application deployments via Microsoft Intune
• Develop custom integration code using REST APIs, JSON, and Webhooks to connect the Atlassian stack with Microsoft 365 and third-party SaaS tools
• Audit manual IT tasks to propose automated alternatives and reduce operational toil

Requirements

• Deep expertise in the Microsoft Stack, including Entra ID (Azure AD), M365 Administration, and Microsoft Intune
• Advanced knowledge of Jira Cloud, Jira Service Management, and Automation for Jira
• Mandatory proficiency in PowerShell scripting
• Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and Webhooks
• Mastery of Power Automate and Logic Apps
• Strong understanding of the "Least Privilege" security principle
• Ability to translate complex technical workflows into business value for stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Atlassian Certified Professional in Jira Service Management
• Experience in a "Cloud-First" environment with a focus on SaaS operations
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum/Kanban frameworks
