Senior Enterprise Architect

Responsibilities

• Define and monitor enterprise direction as a trusted advisor to C-level management
• Translate business strategy and market developments into enterprise architecture visions, target operating models (TOM), and transformation roadmaps
• Lead end-to-end enterprise architecture across business processes, information/data, applications, integrations, and technology
• Establish and lead architecture governance for clients
• Collaborate with Program Managers, Change Management specialists, and delivery teams
• Coach and mentor (medior) Enterprise Architects
• Contribute to thought leadership and proposition development for HSO Advisory

Requirements

• Extensive senior experience as an Enterprise Architect in complex organizations
• Proven experience in C-level advisory and strategic decision-making
• Experience leading architecture within large-scale transformations
• Strong communication and influencing skills at the executive level
• Conceptual strength combined with a pragmatic, result-oriented approach
• Experience in consultancy or advisory roles is a strong plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within sectors such as Retail, Wholesale, Manufacturing, Professional Services, or Utilities/Energy
