About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth and "share of wallet" within assigned key enterprise accounts in the financial services sector.
  • Identify and drive complex cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, specifically focusing on cloud migration, high-resiliency telecom, and integrated CCaaS/UCaaS solutions.
  • Act as a trusted technical and strategic advisor to C-level executives and key stakeholders to optimize voice communication infrastructure.
  • Position high-resiliency solutions that address critical industry demands, including anti-fraud protection and network redundancy.
  • Lead complex contract negotiations and cultivate executive-level relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate across Product, Legal, Infosec, and Operations teams to structure complex deals and align internal resources with customer requirements.
  • Manage a robust and accurate sales forecast and pipeline, providing executive-level reporting on account health.

Requirements

  • BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing business development activities with a proven track record of achievement.
  • Deep domain expertise in the Financial Services and Telecom sectors.
  • Experience with complex cloud migration and high-resiliency voice solutions (network redundancy, anti-fraud protection).
  • Proven ability to cultivate C-level relationships and lead complex contract negotiations.
  • Expertise in strategic account planning, pipeline management, and value-based solution selling.
