Responsibilities

  • Build and execute territory and account plans including target accounts and multi-threading strategies
  • Create net-new pipeline through outbound prospecting, partner motions, and customer referrals
  • Practice insight-led selling to challenge customer framing and introduce value-driven points of view
  • Run executive discovery to uncover operational bottlenecks and translate them into target-state narratives
  • Own the business case, pricing strategy, proposals, negotiation, and contracting
  • Partner with Solutions Engineers to run workshops and de-risk technical concerns
  • Position BLP against point tools and fragmented stacks using an end-to-end narrative

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS selling experience
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to run complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles using MEDDICC-style qualification
  • Strong executive presence with CFO, CIO, and Head of Shared Services
  • Fluent in English and German (or another major European language)

Preferred Qualifications

  • ERP/SAP exposure (S/4, ECC, Public/Private Cloud)
  • Experience selling automation platforms such as RPA, workflow, or process mining
  • Experience with global enterprise rollouts and multi-country stakeholders
