Senior Enrollment Specialist

Responsibilities

• Guide and support prospective Master of Nursing (MN) students through the application and enrollment process
• Review application files, evaluate prerequisite coursework, and screen candidates for program appropriateness
• Proactively communicate with applicants to encourage application completion and enrollment
• Participate in recruitment activities, including information sessions, open houses, and conferences
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment and communication plans to meet enrollment goals
• Collaborate with the Office of Graduate and Professional Enrollment Management (GPEM) and academic leadership
• Utilize CRM platforms and admissions systems to maintain records and generate enrollment reports
• Support onboarding and orientation activities for admitted students to foster engagement and belonging

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in higher education admissions, recruitment, enrollment management, or student advising
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Commitment to student-centered service and support

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Counseling, or a related field
• Experience with graduate or professional student recruitment and enrollment
• Experience using admissions databases, CRM systems, and enrollment reporting tools
• Familiarity with nursing or healthcare education environments
