Senior Enrollment Services Clerk

Responsibilities

• Service students and parents regarding billing and registration inquiries
• Respond to general inbound emails and phone calls resulting from electronic announcements and eBills
• Interact daily with academic advisors and deans to resolve registration matters
• Serve as a back-up to the Lead Account Clerk position
• Perform the duties of the Enrollment Services Clerk as needed

Requirements

• 3 years of office clerical experience, preferably including accounting and bookkeeping functions
• 2 years of enrollment services experience, preferably in a college or university setting
• Strong math and computation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and follow explicit instructions to comply with Federal and State regulations
• Ability to work overtime and non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends, during peak periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Colleague software
