Senior Engineer/Technical Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Urbanization Works Management within the BIMSA environment
• Ensure strict compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality standards
• Coordinate technical and operational communication directly from BIMSA offices
• Act as a strategic link between public administration and execution teams
• Guarantee excellence in construction and documentary processes
• Anticipate technical deviations to ensure project safety and transparency

Requirements

• Degree in Higher Engineering, Architecture, or Technical Architecture
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Urbanization Works Management
• Specific previous experience working on projects within the BIMSA ecosystem
• Fluency in Catalan for technical reporting and meetings with local administrations
