About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure safety within the assigned area
- Manage breakdown and preventive maintenance for mechanical, dispensing, pin insertion, pick and place, conveyors, pressing, and other SPM's
- Monitor and improve KPIs including Technical Availability, MTTR, MTBF, and IDC
- Manage spares and drive cost optimization
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechatronics or BE in Mechanical, EEE, or E&C
- For Diploma holders: 8 to 10 years of maintenance experience in the electronics manufacturing industry
- For BE holders: 3 to 4 years of maintenance experience
