Senior Engineering Technician

About the Company

Mytra is creating an entirely new way to solve the most ubiquitous problem in industry - moving and storing material. We’re applying robotics and distributed software to create a new class of product for the $1T supply chain market.

Responsibilities

• Lead production continuity and troubleshoot non-routine assembly processes
• Develop and maintain high-quality work instructions (SOPs) and technical documentation
• Optimize workflow through lean manufacturing initiatives and systematic improvements
• Manage and calibrate tooling equipment and preventive maintenance schedules
• Validate hardware through prototype builds and first-article inspections (FAI)

Requirements

• 5-6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or prototyping
• Proficiency with mechanical assembly, shop tools, and technical drawings
• Experience with metrology tools like calipers, height gauges, and micrometers

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma certification or ISO 9001 familiarity
• CAD software experience for tooling adjustments
• Experience operating heavy equipment like forklifts or scissor lifts
