Senior Engineering Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead Maintenance Engineers and Technicians to respond to operational engineering needs
• Prioritize workloads to minimize operational downtime
• Comply with all safety regulations, policies, and procedures
• Produce and review safety documents and job instruction procedures
• Oversee scheduled maintenance days and manage the permit system
• Coach and guide team members in problem-solving and fault rectification
• Communicate team performance via shift reports and handovers
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent future equipment failures
• Manage the planning and execution of shutdown days and contractor coordination

Requirements

• Level 3 Qualified Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Previous leadership experience
• Experience with CMMS
• Budget and P&L management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications, Trello, or Slack
