Senior Engineering Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical roles from intake through offer and close
• Build and execute deep sourcing strategies across competitors, niche engineering communities, and aerospace networks
• Partner directly with hiring managers to translate technical requirements into focused hiring strategies
• Improve recruiting effectiveness using Greenhouse data and recruiting analytics
• Support a fast-paced, on-site environment with shifting priorities

Requirements

• Senior-level full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for engineering and technical functions in fast-moving environments
• Agency recruiting experience with strong proactive sourcing skills
• In-house recruiting experience in a startup or high-growth company
• Ability to recruit across AI, aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, software, and hardware
• Advanced experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-powered sourcing tools
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to work on-site in Irvine, California

Preferred Qualifications

• Recruiting experience in AI, aerospace, aviation, or advanced manufacturing
• Experience building long-term talent pipelines for mission-critical roles
• Experience managing external recruiting agencies
• Familiarity with data-driven recruiting process improvement
