Senior Engineering Program Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own tracking and analysis of Engineering and R&D program spend against approved budgets and forecasts
• Analyze committed, actual, and forecasted costs to identify variances and recommend corrective actions
• Oversee purchase request and requisition processes to ensure alignment with budget and company policy
• Act as a primary liaison between Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Accounting
• Develop and deliver insight-driven reports and presentations for Engineering and executive leadership
• Identify gaps in purchasing and financial workflows and lead process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of five years of experience in financial analysis, program support, purchasing, or operations
• Strong understanding of purchasing workflows, budget management, and financial controls
• Experience analyzing financial data and identifying trends or variances
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level materials
• Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally
