Senior Engineering Program Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering program activities across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, issues and action trackers
• Organise and facilitate regular program meetings, reviews and status updates
• Track progress against agreed deliverables and highlight risks or delays
• Support program managers and engineering leaders with planning, reporting and governance
• Prepare dashboards, reports and presentations to provide visibility of program status
• Assist with resource planning and workload tracking across engineering groups
• Drive follow-up activities to ensure commitments are completed
• Contribute to continuous improvement of program management processes and tools

Requirements

• 7 years of experience coordinating projects or programs in an engineering or technical environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience maintaining schedules, action trackers, and risk logs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools
• Ability to work independently across distributed teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting hardware, software, or semiconductor engineering programs
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and governance practices
• Experience creating dashboards, metrics, and management reporting
• Understanding of engineering product development lifecycles
