Senior Engineering Process Analyst

Responsibilities

• Establish work procedures, including process mapping and process sheets, for various manufacturing operations.
• Perform line balancing and production route layouts to establish operational cycles.
• Monitor daily work hours to identify and mitigate potential production issues.
• Implement continuous improvements in safety and quality standards across all manufacturing methods.
• Determine production standards using the MOST system and analyze labor hour variations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce costs, improve quality, and promote safety.
• Work directly with frontline workers and supervisors to resolve manufacturing and production problems.
• Participate in daily and monthly SQDCE meetings and GEMBA walks to support plant KPI goals.
• Develop and implement tooling used on production lines to enhance quality and worker safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in defining production standards, line balancing, and layout design.
• Proven experience in material supply and optimizing human, material, and equipment resources.
• Knowledge of DFT strategy, Kanban, and ISO 9000 standards.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and BPCS.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with MOST (Maynard Operation Sequence Technique) for time studies.
