Senior Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering teams through the full development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
• Collaborate with product, design, architecture, and operations leaders to define technical strategy and roadmaps.
• Oversee team structure, resource planning, hiring, and talent development across functional areas.
• Drive technical excellence by promoting engineering best practices, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
• Lead organizational transformation efforts related to scalability, automation, and platform modernization.
• Coach engineering managers and senior engineers through mentorship and performance feedback.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles.
• Proven success in managing multiple engineering teams and delivering large-scale software solutions.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms, distributed systems, and development operations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong strategic thinking, project management, and decision-making capabilities.
