Senior Engineering Manager, RCM AI

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of 8+ engineers, ensuring clarity of purpose and healthy execution
• Own the technical execution and delivery of major backend systems and automation platforms
• Partner with Product, Ops, and cross-functional teams to build backend services
• Manage project and resource prioritization to ensure high-value work streams are completed
• Uphold high standards in system design, code quality, and engineering operations
• Coach and develop engineers to support career growth and technical excellence

Requirements

• 6+ years of software development experience in fast-paced, scaling environments
• 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams, including mentoring and performance reviews
• Strong individual contributor foundation with the ability to dive into the codebase
• Experience managing and scaling teams of 8+ engineers
• Expertise in modern backend development such as Python, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes
• Proven ability to deliver reliable, maintainable, and scalable platform-scale systems
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and leadership
