Responsibilities

• Build and scale a high-performance Edge and Network platform to support a multi-service financial ecosystem
• Drive the evolution of Service Mesh and global traffic routing to ensure 99.99% availability
• Deliver a developer-centric internal platform for seamless network requirement management
• Lead and mentor a team of specialized engineers, fostering technical excellence and continuous delivery
• Optimize edge security and WAF strategies to maintain peak performance and security

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and scaling infrastructure or platform engineering teams
• Deep technical expertise in modern networking, Service Mesh, Load Balancing, and Edge computing
• Strong track record managing distributed systems on GCP
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• A "platform-as-a-product" mindset
• Exceptional communication skills to translate complex architecture into business outcomes
