Senior Engineering Manager - Fullstack

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the design and development of software applications
• Direct the work of engineers to ensure best practices in software development
• Manage subordinate staff in day-to-day performance and career development
• Ensure overall product delivery, code quality, and adherence to timelines
• Define and track team tasks and quality metrics
• Work within an Agile team to implement new functionality based on business requirements
• Drive agility in execution and own decision-making regarding prioritization

Requirements

• B.E, B.Tech, or similar qualification
• 6+ years of experience in building cutting-edge products
• 3+ years of experience in people management
• Experience leading a team of at least 5 people
• 4+ years of experience as a full-stack or application developer
• Experience building cloud services in MEAN/MERN stack using microservices
• Certified Scrum Master and Agile development experience
• Strong understanding of scalable and highly available architecture
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality products
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
