Senior Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the stateful user code execution service vision
• Partner with serverless platform teams to build the service
• Own the roadmap and execution, ensuring all team deliverables are met with high quality and on schedule
• Define team best practices for engineering excellence, including design reviews, code quality, testing strategies, and performance optimizations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the stack

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• 5+ years of engineering management experience
• Experience designing, building, and operating scalable SaaS platforms
• Expertise in distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong system-level skills with experience in containers and K8S
• Ability to align technical strategy with company growth objectives
