Gruve is an innovative software services startup dedicated to transforming enterprises to AI powerhouses. We specialize in cybersecurity, customer experience, cloud infrastructure, and advanced technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs).

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer-facing solution discussions and discovery workshops with enterprise customers
  • Act as a trusted advisor on customer experience, CRM, digital transformation, and AI initiatives
  • Support business development activities including opportunity qualification, proposal development, and solution positioning
  • Partner with sales teams to shape and progress customer opportunities
  • Define solution architectures and technical approaches for customer engagements
  • Collaborate with Salesforce and ecosystem partners
  • Mentor consultants, architects, and customer-facing technical teams

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution consulting, pre-sales, CRM, or customer experience technologies
  • Experience engaging enterprise customers and executive stakeholders
  • Strong pre-sales and solution consulting capabilities
  • 1–2+ years of Salesforce experience or experience with Salesforce-related projects
  • Fluent Korean and strong business English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience collaborating with Salesforce account teams or partners
  • Knowledge of Agentforce, Data Cloud, Einstein AI, or other AI-powered customer engagement technologies
  • Experience in digital transformation, cloud, or AI initiatives
  • Salesforce certifications or customer-facing leadership experience
